Dr. Bidlack received his Bachelor of Science degree in Dairy Science and Technology from the Pennsylvania State University (1966), his Master of Science degree in Food Science from Iowa State University (1968), and his Ph.D. Degree in Biochemistry from the University of California, Davis (1972).
