In 2006, she received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the sponsors of the annual International Life Care Planning Symposium. Laura M. Deming, MS, RN, PNP-BC, CCM, CLCP, is a practicing pediatric nurse practitioner with a consulting business that includes life care planning services. She received the Case Management Society of America's Award of Service Excellence in 2004. Laura is also the mother of a pre-school child with special needs. |
