Her specialties include bacterial genetics, microbial evolution and antimicrobial resistance, among others. Daniel Falush is a Research Fellow in the Department of Statistics at the University of Oxford, where he specializes in mathematical biology, particularly mathematical genetics and bioinformatics. Edward Feil is a Reader in Microbial Evolution at University of Bath. He studies bacterial evolution and genetic recombination as well as the biogeography of pathogenic bacteria. |
