House, Home, and Community is the result of a project conceived by the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) to investigate progress in housing Canadians. In a unique experiment, a consortium of twenty-two authors, including scholars, housing advocates, and individuals directly involved in providing housing from across Canada, produced a study that reflects the richness of diverse views of the Canadian housing experience.
