Marilyn Crawshaw is Senior Lecturer in Social Work at the University of York. Her research interests include psychosocial aspects of reproductive health, policy and practice. Rachel Balen is Principal Lecturer in Social Work at the University of Huddersfield. Her research interests include child welfare and safeguarding.
