She has synthesized their concepts with her own experience and research at Leeds University. Churchill Eileen : Eileen Churchill is a psychologist and a teacher. From 1933 to 1945 she was teaching in junior and grammar schools and since then she has been concerned with the training of infant-school teachers. She is now a lecturer at the Leicester University Institute of Education.
