He completed a PhD and has an MA from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies, and he holds a BA in International Relations from the Technical University of Dresden. He has published various articles in international journals such as the Journal of International Criminal Justice, the Leiden Journal of International Law, and the International Journal of Refugee Law, and has been awarded the Journal of International Criminal Justice Prize 2016. Tilman spoke at conferences in Doha, Geneva, and Berlin, and regularly posts on blogs such as EJIL:Talk!. Rodenhauser has worked with the German Red Cross, the Geneva Centre for the Democratic Control of Armed Forces, and the NGO Geneva Call. |
