![]() | The First Amendment and the Business Corporation Ronald J. Colombo is Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Professor of Law at the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. He teaches courses in corporate, securities, and contract law. Professor Colombo previously served as vice president and counsel in the Complex Global Litigation Group of Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated and as a litigation associate at the New York office of Sullivan & Cromwell. Immediately after graduating magna cum laude from N.Y.U. School of Law, he clerked for Judge Jerry E. Smith of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Professor Colombo has published numerous articles on corporations, securities law, and economic regulation. |
