Among many publications he is author of The Globalisation of Crime and (with Ralph Henham) Transforming International Criminal Justice.

RALPH HENHAM is Professor of Criminal Justice at Nottingham Law School, Nottingham Trent University, UK. Recent publications include Punishment and Process in International Criminal Trials and Transforming International Criminal Justice (with Mark Findlay). He has been a Visiting Fellow at the Universities of Oxford and Sydney and the European University Institute, Florence, Italy.
