 | Invisible City John Ingram Gilderbloom is Professor of Urban and Public Affairs in the Graduate Program in Urban and Public Affairs at the University of Louisville. He also directs the University's Center for Sustainable Urban Neighborhoods and was a consultant to the Clinton administration.
