He completed BSc, MSc and PhD degrees in Clinical Biochemistry at the University of Surrey, and the University of Cambridge, U.K. He currently works as a senior research associate in the Department of Paediatrics at the University of Cambridge. He has authored over 50 scientific publications and currently serves on the editorial board of a number of journals including the British Journal of Nutrition and Human Reproduction .
