 | Dynamic Youth Services Through Outcome-Based Planning and Evaluation Eliza T. Dresang was born in Atlanta, Georgia in 1941. She graduated from Emory University before becoming a Spanish teacher. She did graduate work in library science at UCLA and received a PhD from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She worked as a librarian and a professor of library science. She is best known for her book, Radical Change: Books for Youth in a Digital Age, which was published in 1999. She died on April 21, 2014 at the age of 72. (Bowker Author Biography) |
