Teena Bagga is an instructor and researcher with over 20 years of experience. Since 2001 she has been a Professor at Amity Business School, Amity University, Noida. Her areas of specialization are Information Systems, Business Analytics and Project Management. She has published around 80 research papers in various national and international journals and has written case studies which are included in the case center, UK. Her research interests are E-Business, Digital Marketing, Education Quality, Strategy, Information Systems, E-Governance, Smart Applications, and Business Analytics. She has organized several guest lectures, seminars and conferences and delivered keynote addresses at various platforms. In addition, she is an active Editorial board member and Reviewer of reputed national and international journals. She also has one copyright and one Patent to her credit.

Kamal Upreti is currently working as an Associate Professor in Department of Computer Science & Engineering Dr. Akhilesh Das Gupta Institute of Technology & Management affiliated to Guru Govind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi, India. He previously worked with HCL, NECHCL, Hindustan Times, Dehradun Institute of Technology, and Delhi Institute of Advanced Studies, gaining more than nine years of rich experience in research working in academia and the corporate environment. He also worked at NECHCL in Japan on the project "Hydrastore" funded by a joint collaboration between HCL and NECHCL Company. Dr. Upreti has attended national and international conferences as a session chair and been a keynote speaker in various platforms. He was awarded best teacher, best researcher, extra academic performer, and gold medalist in the M. Tech program. He has published patents, books, magazines, and research papers in various national and international conferences and journals. His research area includes cyber security, data analytics, wireless networking, embedded system, neural networks, and artificial intelligence.

Nishant Kumar is currently working as an Associate Professor at the School of Business and Management, CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bangalore, India. Previously to that he worked with Amity University, Doon University, Delhi Institute of Advanced Studies, HCL Infosystems ltd., gaining more than 9 years of rich experience in academics, research, and the corporate environment. Dr. Kumar has published patents, book chapters, research papers in journals with ABDC classification and is also a member and on the Editorial Review Board of national and international journal. He has presented papers at various national and international conferences and has won outstanding research paper award. His research interests include intelligent computation technologies, data analytics, customer relationship management techniques, e-Commerce, multivariate statistical analysis, model development and validation using PLS-SEM, AMOS.

Amirul Hasan Ansari is the Director of the Centre for Management Studies, Jamia Millia Islamia. He entered academia with national and international corporate experience with an acclaimed career span of about 30+ years in teaching, research, and consultancy. He has been invited to be a part of several prestigious national and international academic and professional bodies. His current research interest is focused towards issues related to Emotional Intelligence, Knowledge Management, Leadership, HR Analytics and Hospital Administration. He has a good number of national and international publications to his credit and has published two books. Dr. Ansari has successfully completed several UGC sponsored major projects and is a team leader who leads by example, he is respected for his humble demeanor and visionary administrative skills. During his distinguished career he has had many accomplishments and is hailed as an institution builder, a loved teacher, and a passionate researcher.

Danish Nadeem is a senior data scientist and technical consultant working in the Netherlands. Along with his education in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence from Germany, he has over 18 years of industry and research experiences on the applications of cutting-edge AI-based and Machine Learning technologies while working within EU-funded framework and Horizon 2020 projects. Working in industries such as Education, Health, Pharmaceuticals, Media and Entertainment, Finance and Logistics, he has also contributed to about 13 research publications in various international conferences and journals. He spent several years working in R&D at the German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence, before moving to the Netherlands to further develop his career by taking up leading roles, advocating innovative information and communication technologies.
