 | Architectural Policy in Finland Finland is the undisputed pioneer in architectural education. In 1998, it was one of the first countries in Europe to develop an official architectural policy, the declared aim of which was to more systematically integrate architecture into the educational system, teacher training programs at universities, and adult education.
