Liu Weiping , born in Changsha, Hunan province, is a researcher with China Develo­pment Bank. He holds a Ph.D. in law from the Department of Sociology, Tsinghua University, presides over Professor John L. Thornton's Global Leadership Program, and holds a M.A. in management; he holds a Ph.D. in economics and a B.A. from and is a dual-employed professor of law and economics at the Department of World Economics, Wuhan University; he is a visiting scholar and researcher at the MIT Sloan School of Management and School of History.
