Ramayah A/L Thurasamy is a full professor at the School of Management at Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM). He is a professor in technology management whose focus of research is on technology adoption and usage in business and management using quantitative research methodology especially the use of structural equation modeling. He has written many articles in Scopus and ISI journals.

Ramin Rostamkhani is a Ph.D. student at the School of Management at Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM). He has more than 20 years of experience in quality engineering techniques. Taylor and Francis publishing group published a book about quality engineering techniques from him in 2020. Moreover, he has practical experience in quality management systems and integrated management systems.
